Slips and falls are a big deal when it comes to guest injuries in grocery stores, especially around frozen food sections. Why’s that? Well, for two main reasons. First off, condensation builds up on the glass doors and drips onto the floor. Plus, those frozen displays drain water from their freeze/thaw cycles into a floor drain that can get clogged with dust and debris, causing water to leak out onto the floor. A super easy and cheap fix? Just toss some absorbent socks in front of those frozen displays to soak up the water. They’re a low-cost and really effective way to keep folks from slipping and falling in grocery stores. Thanks for watching! Don’t forget to hit that subscribe button and share with your buddies.
