ADA Accessible routes are intended to provide safe access for those with a disability but in this video Russ points out how one handicap ramp may actually hurt you. Due to poor design this ramp may hurt you! The solution? Install a protective guardrail along the length of the step down as to prevent people from accidentally walking off of the curb.
