In this episode of Fall’s Aren’t Funny we se a woman exiting a big box retail store and slips and falls near the entranceway door. The floor was wet due to migrating rain water and there was no floor mat placed at the entrance to contain migrating water. The Defendant blamed the woman claiming that because she was wearing flip-flops (which they had previously sold her).
Was it the wet floor or choice of footwear which caused this fall? You be the judge.
