While the COVID-19 pandemic was certainly the worst international health crisis in over a century, those in our government whom we relied upon for life-saving information let us down. Starting with Dr. Anthony Fauci. While most Americans followed the CDC and NIH advice the rate of infection did not slow anywhere as much as we were told it should and the long anticipated vaccine delivered at best questionable results.
With over a trillion dollar federal investment into slowing down the rate of infection and preventing the spread of COVID-19 operation “Warp Speed” failed to deliver the promised results. How did this happen?
In April of 2023 PBS’ American Masters series released a documentary originally filmed in 2021 called “Dr. Fauci” which covered much of what he had done during the COVID-19 crisis. PBS promoted the episode via a short trailer which Russ dissects.
The American people still have a lot of questions about the origins of COVID-19 and what did our government know about COVID-19 research conducted in Wuhan China prior to the outbreak. It will take years to ever get this information but in the meantime we need to know the following: How did Dr. Fauci become the face of the NIH, Who at the NIH oversaw the information he was putting out? How much money did Dr. Faici make from COVID-19 royalties and how did this former public servant amass a huge fortune? And now that he’s retired he continues to cash in by charging upwards of $100K per speech.
In this episode Russ does in deep dive into the “Dr.Fauci Show” which aired almost non-stop through the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak and ended only upon his retirement. A must see for those fair-minded Americans who care about their country and want to know more about the man behind the mask.
