Doorway Trip Hazard. How Do They Expect Someone in a Wheelchair to Safely Pass Through This Door?

Another building code violation. This time at a Freddy’s Restaurant. There is a 3″ difference between the height of the interior and exterior floor levels making this doorway a trip hazard and virtually unusable for disabled persons.
